A crown cap feeder stores, separates, orientates and transfers metal crown closures so the capper receives each cap in the correct presentation. The useful specification is built around real cap samples, liner condition, open-side orientation, capper inlet geometry and the transfer point, not only the nominal crown diameter.
Because crown caps can be thin, lined and scuff-sensitive, the feed route should be checked for marking, doubled caps, incorrect face orientation and capper handover stability before a production layout is confirmed.
